Inset or Built-In Stoves

We are often asked by clients for an alternative to a traditional wood pellet stove that fit into fireplaces with tighter dimensions or can be mounted into a wall and have now introduced our range of inset wood pellet stoves from Ecoteck and Extraflame. Our inset stoves come in various shapes and sizes and can be supplied as a standard stove, ducted stove (to heat several rooms), or stoves with a back boiler. Once Inset Stoves are built in they present an elegant alternatives with a sleek glass front that can be matched to any surface new or old.

How are they mounted?
The stoves come with various options, but normally they slide in and out of the fireplace using base module and a rail system. The base module contains the connections for the flue and the transport mechanism which is fixed in place. The rest of the stove is removable for loading pellets and any servicing that may be required. Normally the fireplaces automatically cut out once they are removed from their base.

How do I feed pellets into the stoves?
On Ecoteck stove you can feed pellets either by a built in chute system (optional extra), or by sliding the stove out on its rails and refilling the hopper manually. Extraflame stoves also have a chute mechanism or an optional pellet loading drawer.
