The ESBE series VTC500 series is a thermal 3-way valve designed to protect solid fuel boilers from return temperatures that are too low. With a rating up to 150kW and 1.25"connectors they are ideal for wood/log boilers and solid fuel boiler systems of all types. Smaller pellet boiler and pellet stoves with an output up to 30kW can use the VTC312 as alternative. The VTC511 valve maintains a high and stable return temperature means a higher level of boiler efficiency, reduced tarring and increased life span of the boiler. ESBE are market leaders in valve technology and are the valves of choice on all our boiler systems.

The VTC511 valve is used in heating applications up to 150kW. The valve is installed either in the return pipe to the boiler (45°C, 55°C, 60°C, 70°C or 80°C) or can be also fitted in the accumulation tank feeding pipe (70°C or 80°C). The first option is recommended as it offers a simpler pipe layout for expansion. EcoEnergy recommend and stock the VTC511 with a 55°C return and 1.25" inch Internal thread, but can supply other valves on request.
